Most common solution - Refresh metadata

If your Bricktopian hasn’t updated, it is most likely due to OpenSea not refreshing their servers to recognise the update. The way to fix this is to click the refresh metadata button on your Bricktopian NFT.

⭐ Remember: It may take up to 48 hours for your Bricktopian animation to be complete, so check in occasionally by pressing this button. See below:

You cannot connect your wallet

Firstly, make sure you are using metamask as it is the only wallet compatible with the Forge. If you are using a hardware wallet, you can access this via metamask. If you are still having issues connecting, it is likely an issue that is local to your computer. Make sure to follow the Metamask support guidelines for help on this (https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us).

You burned the wrong Bricktopian

If you happen to burn the wrong Bricktopian, we cannot reverse this for you. Make sure you have taken the time to fully understand the mechanism and watched the tutorial on how to use it.
